This Accounts Receivable position is critical for upholding the financial health of the company’s accounts by accurately processing incoming payments and managing customer invoices. The role plays a key part in resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring clients experience a seamless financial process.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Generation: Generate, verify, and accurately send out customer invoices on time.
• Payment Processing: Process various incoming payments, including credit cards, checks, and wire transfers.
• Account Monitoring: Monitor account balances to identify outstanding debts or inconsistencies.
• Collections & Relations: Contact customers to secure payment on overdue accounts while maintaining excellent customer relations.
• Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial record-keeping.
• Experience: Proficiency in using accounting software, specifically QuickBooks or NetSuite, and Microsoft Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, a high degree of accuracy, keen attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: An interest in the renewable energy sector.
