The Tone:
This is a full-time, 100% remote role at One New Creation, open to candidates across the United States. One New Creation supports residential and commercial moving, call-center operations, customer scheduling, logistics, and sales support. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the financial health of the company’s diverse operations. This position is essential for ensuring precise financial oversight and smooth accounting processes for the team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Record daily financial transactions within the approved accounting system.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records with complete supporting documentation.
• Reconcile various financial balances including bank, card, vendor, customer, and ledger accounts.
• Maintain organized financial files and support month-end close activities and audit preparations.
• Prepare routine financial summaries, aging reports, and transaction reports for operational support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career level with an understanding of basic accounting, reconciliation, invoice, payment, or ledger concepts.
• Experience: Comfort using spreadsheets and accounting or finance systems; proven ability to identify discrepancies and maintain complete supporting documentation.
• Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, professional communication with internal and external teams, and high discretion when handling confidential banking and financial information.
