• Mission: This role is responsible for accurately processing financial transactions and ensuring timely collection of outstanding customer payments.
• Tech Stack: MS Office, SAP (plus)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Key daily invoices accurately and prepare invoices and trip packs for delivery drivers.
• Financial Control: Perform deposit entries, adhering to segregation of duties, and manage invoice retention.
• Collections Management: Place collection calls to customers to collect past due amounts.
• Administrative Support: Answer telephones and enter CRMs (Customer Relations Management).
• Document Creation: Write, type, and enter information into the computer to prepare correspondence, statements, receipts, or other documents.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is mandatory. This role is suitable for individuals with administrative experience looking to specialize in accounts receivable.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required. Proven experience working in Accounts Receivables/Collections.
• Skills: Demonstrated typing speed of 40-45 wpm. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Bonus: SAP knowledge is a significant plus.
