Accounts Receivable Associate | Tripleseat

This role is central to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the billing and collections process for our clients.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $50000–$65000 yearly
• Mission: This person resolves billing questions, processes payments, and ensures accurate account reconciliation for customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including generating and sending invoices and tracking outstanding balances.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve billing inquiries, process payments, and maintain positive relationships.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure all financial records are accurate.
• Process incoming payments across various channels and correctly apply them to customer accounts.
• Collaborate with internal Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing issues and support a smooth customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level. This role supports financial operations and customer billing within a software company.
• Experience: No specific years required, but previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, customer service, or a related field is helpful.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with accounting principles or the Tripleseat platform is a plus.
