What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process accounts payable by monitoring multiple AP inboxes daily, logging invoices, and routing them for approval
• Maintain approval logs and ensure accuracy throughout the invoice processing
• Create purchase orders in QuickBooks upon request from authorized personnel
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support for the accounting team as needed
• Perform additional tasks as assigned or identified during company growth

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Education: Accounting degree preferred
• Proven experience in accounts payable and QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
