• Mission: Manage outgoing payment processing and ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Invoices & POs: Accurately and efficiently process both customer and vendor invoices, including daily processing of purchase orders and coded invoices.
• System Management: Utilize the Purchase Order system to ensure proper ordering and receiving documentation, along with assigning general ledger codes to coded invoices.
• Vendor & Customer Data Management: Establish new credit accounts, set up new vendors, and diligently maintain comprehensive vendor and customer files, covering both hard-copy and data entry.
• Reporting & Maintenance: Generate and print receiver reports, perform Proof of Delivery (POD) maintenance, and handle all customer and vendor correspondence.
• Office Support & Cross-training: Provide essential back-up support to other employees by cross-training across all areas, assisting with various office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and general co-worker assistance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma required.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Skills: Organizational skills, Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Interpersonal skills, Customer relation skills.
• Bonus: Some college coursework in accounting.
