Job Description:

This is an accounting position reporting to the Manager, Cash & Portfolio Accounting. The role involves a variety of accounting tasks, including:

Daily Tasks: Preparing and uploading daily Lemans journal entries; preparing daily dealer funding & ACH reconciliation files for Treasury; performing daily LM216 & LMDCR data conversion for daily cash reconciliation.
Weekly Tasks: Performing weekly Refund and Thru-bill & EOT bill processes in V8; performing weekly manual termination and upfront sales tax & FL surcharge processes in V8.
Monthly Tasks: Preparing monthly journal entries for Porsche Financial Services North America (PFSNA) entities.
Ad Hoc Projects: Undertaking other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

The position requires collaboration with PFS employees (North America and Germany), as well as PCNA and PAG employees.

Detailed Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all assigned accounting tasks, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures. This involves working with various systems and databases (specifically V8 and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements: The role requires the ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. The work involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as occasional walking, standing, and climbing stairs. The ability to work effectively in an open office/noisy environment is essential.
