Job Description:
This is an entry-level accounting position focused on supporting the financial reporting process. The role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting with account reconciliations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing, reviewing, and adjusting journal entries.
• Performing reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Participating in department efficiency teams.
• Performing analytics on financial information to ensure data quality.
• Reporting company finances to management.
• Maintenance of fixed assets – property additions and disposals; personal, real estate and right of use assets.
Requirements include:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS Codification.
• Experience with MS Office products and accounting software is preferred.
• Action-oriented with good time management, listening, and integrity.
