The TL;DR

• Location: In-person Fargo, ND
• Team: Part of the Field Support Office, collaborating with accounting and field personnel.
• Mission: Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and financial processes to ensure accurate and timely information for business decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Operations: Assist with daily and monthly accounting activities, including preparing and entering journal entries.
• Financial Processes: Support the machinery and equipment sales cycle, maintain subledgers, and complete manufacturer statement reconciliations.
• Systems Knowledge: Gain working knowledge of company accounting systems and processes to understand accounting operations and business workflows.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with accounting and field personnel to resolve issues and ensure accurate information sharing.
• Problem Solving: Work independently and collaboratively to identify, analyze, and implement logical solutions to accounting and business situations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field as a junior or senior.
• Experience: Prior coursework in accounting, finance, or business-related fields.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, ability to work independently, and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: A strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting.
