Accounting Intern
This is a part-time, 12-week internship program starting mid-September to mid-December 2025, based at the Corporate office located at 5105 Johnson Rd., Coconut Creek, FL 33073. The pay is $18.50 per hour.
The internship is designed to provide real-world business, accounting, and financial training, preparing interns for a Business Management role. You’ll be introduced to their Business Management Training program. The Business Manager oversees all aspects of financial management.
Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles, including:
• Assisting in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Working closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assisting accounting managers with reports.
• Involvement with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions, including cash receipts and petty cash.
• Assisting in accounting schedules and filing.
• Performing miscellaneous administrative duties.
Qualifications:
• Must be a Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree by December 2025.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be flexible to relocate outside the local area/state within a 1-3 year period for potential promotional opportunities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
