This role is crucial for supporting the Accounting Department by assisting with fiscal year-end and audit activities, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance. The TL;DR

• Pay: $23–$43 hourly
• Mission: Assist the Accounting Department with crucial fiscal year-end and audit activities.
• Tech Stack: Excel, SAP (desirable)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Support: Support year-end audit activities by pulling necessary source documents.
• Fixed Assets: Contribute to fixed asset creation and reporting processes.
• Month-End Close: Aid in month-end close procedures, including identifying accruals.
• Accounts Payable: Help process Accounts Payable invoices and manage vendor payments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, having completed at least two years of study and two semesters of Accounting Theory.
• Experience: Demonstrated intermediate Excel skills.
• Skills: Proven analytical skills, strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and adaptability to new situations and challenges.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP is desirable but not required.
