The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Finance Reporting: Create, document, and maintain monthly management reports.
• Balance Sheet Management: Improve and maintain balance sheet reconciliations for multiple branches.
• Ledger Validation: Validate mappings from local ledger to corporate ledger.
• Financial Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and follow-up on monthly reporting packages.
• Month-End Close: Complete monthly Journal Entries using Oracle software and submit month-end financials into BPC, completing BPC to Oracle reconciliation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking an Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration degree with a Finance/Accounting Concentration. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a 4-month internship term and basic computer skills.
• Skills: Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a self-starter who can independently investigate problems with limited guidance.
