Co-op NBS OTC Payment & Receivables Operations | Nutrien
The Tone:
This is a full-time, hourly-paid co-op opportunity at Nutrien, located in Loveland, CO. Nutrien is a leading provider of crop inputs and services, leveraging its world-class network of production, distribution, and ag retail facilities to make a positive impact on the world by feeding the future. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in the Order to Cash process, from cash application to bank account reconciliation, helping to maintain the integrity of customer accounts and financial records. This temporary position is available immediately and is scheduled to run for approximately 12 months, through December 2026, and is open to current students who will be returning to their studies once the work term is complete.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Accuracy: Help ensure accuracy in Order to Cash, specifically from cash application to reconciling bank accounts.
• Accounting Support: Support accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and transactional reviews in systems such as SAP and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Project Assistance: Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
• Report Development: Create new reports, test, and automate activities using Power BI and Excel.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 3rd or 4th-year student currently enrolled in a four-year Business, Accounting, or Finance degree or diploma program.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; open to current students returning to studies.
• Skills: Accounting functions, Journal entries, Account reconciliations, Transactional reviews, Data analysis (Power BI, Excel).
• Bonus: Motivated student.
