What You’ll Actually Do
• Essential Functions: Execute tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support daily financial operations.
• Dispute Resolution: Research and respond to inquiries, partnering with internal and external parties to resolve financial disputes promptly.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with the production of monthly accounts, fulfill month-end responsibilities, and support internal controls over financial data.
• Communication Support: Aid in reporting financial results and help internal and external stakeholders understand financial matters.
• Collaborative Relationships: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments to ensure seamless operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level role with foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; practical exposure to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, or General Accounting functions is beneficial.
• Skills: Foundational accounting knowledge, effective dispute resolution, clear financial communication, attention to data accuracy, and strong interpersonal collaboration.
