Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounting documentation, including organizing and communicating with third parties.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory and fixed asset counts.
- Responsible for the sorting, binding, and archiving management of various financial documents such as vouchers, invoices, account bookings, and reports.
- Execute SAP data entry and review OA applications.
- Complete general office administration work, including copying, scanning files, and organizing/maintaining both paper and electronic documents.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Language: English proficiency required. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
