What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaboration: Support client accounting needs through collaboration with Senior Associates, Managers, and Partners.
• Transaction Management: Manage financial transactions including client bill payments, invoicing, and cash receipt applications.
• Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive bank and general ledger account reconciliations, investigating and resolving all discrepancies.
• Close Processes: Assist with the meticulous monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for diverse clients.
• Payroll Operations: Execute client payroll runs and accurately reconcile related journal entries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduating college student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, Justworks, Xero, and Excel.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and computer proficiency, strong communication and project management capabilities, demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to new situations, including learning new software.
• Bonus: GPA of 3.0 or higher
