• Mission: Keep financial operations running smoothly by assisting with routine accounting tasks, reconciliations, and reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Routine journal entries and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Reconcile: Balance sheet accounts and resolve any identified discrepancies.
• Support: Month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks.
• Assist: Internal and external audit and tax documentation requests.
• Maintain: General ledger accuracy by coding invoices and updating accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Previous office or administrative experience, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Experience working with an ERP system.
