Accounting Assistant | SEM

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Daily Financial Transactions: Accurately record various financial transactions, meticulously maintain ledgers, and process invoices.
• Reconcile Accounts and Records: Meticulously reconcile various accounts, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
• Support Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, contributing to the preparation and review of financial reports.
• Organize and Respond: Systematically organize accounting documentation and respond promptly and accurately to internal financial inquiries.
• Collaborate for Data Integrity: Coordinate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial data, while also contributing to process improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A solid foundation in Accounting and Finance, coupled with a clear understanding of basic accounting principles, is essential.
• Experience: Demonstrated skills in bookkeeping and a track record of maintaining accurate and organized financial records are required.
• Skills:
* Proficiency in Accounting Software and general computer applications, including practical experience with spreadsheets and word processing.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines effectively.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, crucial for collaborative work in an on-site environment.
