Accounting Analyst | Visteon

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Visteon. What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and general ledger accounts.
• Close Process: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company accounting policies, and strengthen internal control processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units to analyze variances, explain financial results, and assist in preparing financial reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or auditing. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Previous experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress, German language proficiency, and experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
