What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Operations: Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities and support internal and external audit processes.
• Analysis: Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Partnership: Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to improve reporting accuracy and streamline business processes.
• Improvement: Contribute to projects focused on efficiency, compliance, and value creation, utilizing AI and digital tools to enhance accuracy and insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Experience: Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Ability to work full-time onsite at the Wichita, KS, headquarters. An analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn, solve complex problems, and create value.
• Bonus: Previous internship, co-op, leadership, or work experience. Exposure to financial reporting, auditing, tax, cost accounting, or corporate accounting. Experience leveraging Excel or similar analytical tools to analyze data, solve business problems, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Demonstrated initiative through student organizations, leadership roles, or community involvement. Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can be applied to improve decision-making.
