• Mission: Help clients address complex business needs by analyzing data and delivering tailored business and technology solutions, supporting financial statement preparation, transforming accounting processes, and implementing new accounting standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Solutions: Address complex business needs for clients by analyzing data and delivering tailored business and technology solutions.
• Accounting Transformation: Support financial statement preparation and analysis, transform accounting processes, and implement new accounting standards.
• Fieldwork & Analysis: Conduct fieldwork, prepare comprehensive workpapers to support conclusions, and effectively discuss findings with client management.
• Reporting & Advisory: Develop clear, professional reports in various formats, advise clients on enhancing internal controls, and interpret and apply new accounting standards.
• Risk Assessment: Assist clients in assessing financial and operational risk, empowering them to challenge themselves and generate solutions that impact the firm.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level college junior on track to meet CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation, pursuing degrees in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant work experience obtained through internships, part-time jobs, or active campus involvement.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis tools, demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills, strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, a collaborative mindset, and willingness to travel.
