What You’ll Actually Do
• Task Completion: Complete assigned accounting tasks accurately and in compliance with established procedures and controls.
• Data Management: Gather, organize, and verify data to support financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making processes.
• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying potential enhancements and improvements in daily accounting activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the accounting team to meet deadlines and deliverables while adhering to company policies.
• Skill Development: Actively develop professional skills through hands-on experience and engagement in learning opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Entry-Level (0-3 years).
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Experience with accounting and/or reporting systems, strong financial analysis skills, problem-solving skills, and a fundamental understanding of the accounting close process.
• Bonus: Experience preferred in the Energy industry.
