• Mission: Ensures the completeness and accuracy of financial statements through journal entries, reconciliations, and support for key accounting processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepares journal entries for month-end accruals and reclassifications to ensure financial statement completeness and accuracy.
• Account Reconciliations: Reconciles general ledger account balances and compiles various GL account analysis reports.
• Fixed Asset Management: Assists in the maintenance of Fixed Asset records.
• Financial Reporting: Assists in the preparation of monthly financial reporting.
• Audit Support: Assists with the audit process.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Skills: Excellent skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows with an emphasis on Excel; Analytical; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks; Results-oriented with great attention to detail.
• Bonus: SAP experience is a definite plus.
