What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Processing: Process full cycle accounts payable, including invoices, purchase orders, and other basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Information Handling: Handle confidential financial information with discretion and accuracy.
• Purchase Oversight: Ensure proper tracking, payment, and delivery of all purchase orders and purchases.
• Strategic Impact: Assist in vendor negotiations to drive significant cost savings and drive standardization across payment terms and supplier credit.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree. Career level: Early-career Accountant.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in Accounting or internship experience; experience processing Accounts Payable; experience working in professional services or financial services.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
