What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Contribute to financial audits, tax return preparation, and various client accounting projects.
• Prepare: Develop financial statements, reconciliations, and essential supporting schedules.
• Support: Aid in financial reporting, data analysis, and client service initiatives.
• Analyze: Use Excel and accounting systems to interpret data and ensure accurate financial records.
• Partner: Collaborate with firm leadership on client engagements and participate in special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field for an early-career accounting professional.
• Experience: Internship experience or 1+ year in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping preferred.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving, and a desire to learn.
