What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable Management: Process and manage accounts payable invoices.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Vendor Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information and payment terms.
• Financial Operations Support: Assist with general account reconciliations and input month-end journal entries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Internship experience in accounting or finance.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail and organization skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards.
