The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Location: In-person, Hillsborough County
• Pay: $25–$30 hourly
• Mission: This person will be responsible for supporting core accounting operations and contributing to the month-end close process.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Core Operations: Manage full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
• Customer Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts to verify balances.
• Month-End Support: Assist with the timely completion of month-end close activities.
• Project Contribution: Support various ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.

• Background: A recent accounting graduate or an early-career professional seeking to build a strong foundation in accounting.
• Experience: Prior practical experience within an accounting function.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
