What You’ll Actually Do
Financial Reporting Support: Assist actively with the preparation of monthly financial statements for various business entities.
Expense Management: Manage and process accounts payable to ensure all vendor invoices are paid accurately and on time.
Revenue Management: Oversee accounts receivable processes to facilitate the efficient collection of outstanding payments.
Cash Flow Reconciliation: Perform thorough bank reconciliations to verify transactions and maintain accurate cash balances.
Data Integrity: Conduct general ledger reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records across all accounts.

The Must-Haves
Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. This is an early-career opportunity focusing on core accounting principles and practices within an operational setting.
Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience utilizing accounting software packages, specifically QuickBooks and Quantum, is preferred, with training provided for these specific platforms.
Skills: High level of proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications; a detail-oriented approach to financial data; and the ability to work effectively and autonomously on varied accounting tasks.
