Staff Accountant I & II | FNS, Inc.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Expense Management: Review and confirm expense ledgers, then prepare for monthly closing.
• Reimbursement Control: Manage company employee expense reimbursements and company credit card accounts.
• Asset Accounting: Review the fixed asset schedule and calculate depreciation expense monthly.
• Financial Reconciliation: Prepare and process journal entries and conduct account reconciliations for month-end close.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze financial information to prepare balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other internal and annual financial reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, suitable for entry-level candidates with a solid understanding of accounting practices and controls.
• Experience: 0-3 years of accounting experience; relevant internships will be considered.
• Skills: Strong analytical and research abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information, attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Bilingual in Korean and English, multi-state tax experience, CPA or EA preferred.
