• Pay: $50000–$75000 yearly
• Team: Finance team, reports to Business Unit Controller
• Mission: Owns reconciliations, manages rebates, supports intercompany transactions and audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Ownership: Own reconciliations and monthly activity for assigned accounts, including prepaids, commissions, and rebate reserves.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare recurring journal entries and month-end accruals accurately.
• Program Administration: Administer distributor rebate programs and review customer deductions and claims for contract compliance.
• Intercompany Support: Serve as a key point of contact for intercompany transactions with trading partners.
• Audit & Tax Support: Support year-end audit requests by preparing schedules, documentation, and account support, and compile information for state and local sales tax filings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environment. Comfort working in ERP and financial systems.
• Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, accruals, and financial controls.
• Bonus: Experience with systems such as XA, BaaN, Syteline, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, SAP, OneStream, or Infor; exposure to rebates, sales deductions, intercompany transactions, or sales tax support; a continuous improvement mindset and interest in making processes more efficient; strong communication skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally with non-finance partners.
