The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Team: Works with the Finance & Accounting team, management, and external CPA and audit firms.
• Mission: To help ensure accounting transactions are properly recorded, account balances are reconciled, financial records are accurate, and audit and tax-related schedules are completed on time.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Management: Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile account balances to maintain accuracy.
• Financial Record Accuracy: Help ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
• Audit & Tax Preparation: Complete audit and tax-related schedules on time.
• Financial Process Development: Further develop hands-on experience in U.S. GAAP accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, audit preparation, and internal controls.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This is an early career role.
• Experience: 2–5 years of professional accounting and/or audit experience, including working knowledge and practical experience with U.S. GAAP. Candidates must have experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, and preparing for or supporting financial statement audits.
• Skills: A solid accounting foundation, strong attention to detail, and active pursuit of CPA certification (including preparing for or completing CPA examination and licensing requirements).
• Bonus: An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
