What You’ll Actually Do
• Connection: Connect with business owners during the introductory stage to initiate their journey with modern payment tools.
• Instruction: Explain the necessary setup steps and clarify expectations for new users during the activation process.
• Support: Help resolve basic questions that arise for business owners as they onboard their accounts.
• Tracking: Monitor the status of accounts and identify the subsequent steps required to complete their setup.
• Record Keeping: Maintain internal systems by ensuring all account information and progress are updated and accurate.
