What You’ll Actually Do

• Environmental Exposure: Gain comprehensive exposure to diverse manufacturing and operations environments across Nemak’s facilities, understanding the complexities and demands of large-scale production.
• Area Rotation: Participate in structured rotations through critical engineering areas within manufacturing, including Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Process Engineering, and Controls, to develop a broad understanding of industrial processes.
• Expert Learning: Benefit from direct mentorship and guidance by experienced professionals and industry experts, acquiring practical knowledge and best practices essential for an engineering career.
• Career Foundation: Build a robust foundation for a future engineering career within the automotive industry, accelerating readiness for key roles in Nemak’s manufacturing operations upon successful completion of the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent Engineering Graduates with 0-1 year of post-graduation experience, ready for an entry-level development program.
• Experience: Candidates must have graduated with an engineering degree within the last year, demonstrating a foundational understanding of engineering principles applicable to manufacturing.
• Skills: A strong passion for the automotive industry is essential, coupled with full-time availability for the entire 12-month duration of the Accelerate program.
