Job Description
About the Company: T’sarE!
T’sarE! (Pronounced: “Tuh-zar-ee”) is a
startup entertainment company primarily focused on the development of its first major project – a 3D platformer video game. The game is planned for an initial release on Steam, with subsequent launches on Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch.
The game aims to evoke a nostalgic feeling, reminiscent of popular titles from the early ‘90s and ‘00s. It features three playable characters, 25 distinct worlds to explore, and an intricate story that delves into real-world struggles. Despite the underlying themes, the overall artistic style is described as cartoony and fun, targeting a primary audience of children between 5 and 12 years old. More detailed information about the game’s specifics is provided only upon acceptance and the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Code of Conduct (COC).
T’sarE! boasts a diverse team of over 60-70 individuals, which has significantly expanded over the past year. This team has been diligently working on the game’s elements without any financial compensation. The company’s immediate objective is to create a working demo for public release, which will coincide with a crowdfunding campaign. The long-term vision is for these unpaid internship roles to potentially transition into paying careers for dedicated individuals after the game’s official release.
