2027 Summer Internship – Trust & Wealth Finance | WSFS Bank
The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at WSFS Bank, located within the WSFS Bank footprint. This role is crucial for ambitious college students to gain practical experience, contribute to real business initiatives in finance, and explore career paths within the trust and wealth management sector.

• Mission: Assist with a variety of accounting functions, financial performance reporting, and special projects for the Trust & Wealth Finance team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Support: Assist with a variety of accounting functions, including account reconciliations.
• General Ledger Management: Prepare and review general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting: Support financial performance reporting and analysis.
• Trend Interpretation: Collaborate with team members to interpret key financial metrics and trends.
• Project Contribution: Contribute to special projects and respond to ad hoc requests, providing support across the finance team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to studies following the internship experience.
• Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age and have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027. Must be available for this full-time position (40 hours per week) from early June to mid-August.
• Skills: Fundamental computer proficiency, excellent oral and written communication, critical thinking and analytical skills, organizational skills, and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: A business-related or related college major is preferred. High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment opportunities with WSFS Bank.
