• Mission: To facilitate all aspects of M&A and capital raising transactions, from origination through closing, by managing day-to-day activities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Advise: Participate in all aspects of investment banking transactions from origination to closing, including M&A and capital raising.
• Collaborate: Work directly with senior bankers and deal teams to execute live transactions.
• Manage: Take responsibility for the day-to-day activities and progress of each assigned transaction.
• Contribute: Meaningfully impact the firm’s overall success through high-level engagement and commitment.
• Develop: Complete rigorous classroom training led by seasoned bankers before being staffed on deals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduates of undergraduate or Master programs, or students graduating by December 2026.
• Experience: Minimum 3.7 cumulative GPA.
• Skills: Excellent problem solving and analytic ability, strong quantitative and technical skills, strong data management and research skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure amid tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Finance or Accounting major preferred, 1400 SAT / 30 ACT strongly preferred, prior finance and/or accounting internship experience ideal.
