Kumho Tire USA (KUSA) is proud to launch its inaugural Summer Internship Program. We’re hiring three ambitious interns, one each in IT, HR, and Marketing, to lead real, scoped projects that directly contribute to KUSA’s business objectives.
This isn’t a coffee-and-copies internship. From week one, you’ll own a significant project, gain valuable experience presenting to leadership, and leave with tangible deliverables you can proudly point to.
📂 Open Positions (1 Intern per role)
- 💻 AI/IT: User Satisfaction & AI Support
- Project Focus: Design and run an internal IT user satisfaction study, analyze findings, and develop an AI utilization proposal for KUSA’s technology roadmap.
- Deliverables: User Satisfaction Analysis Report · AI Utilization Proposal
- 👥 HR: Talent Development & CSR
- Project Focus: Support KUSA’s 2026 Talent Development programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, working directly with the Director of HR.
- Deliverables: TD Program Execution Report & CSR Activity Summary Report
- 📊 Marketing: Branding & Market Positioning
- Project Focus: Analyze KUSA’s competitive positioning in the US market and build a brand strategy proposal for KUSA leadership.

✅ Who We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or a May 2026 graduate — any major welcome.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. OPT and CPT candidates are welcome. Visa sponsorship is not available.
- 1 prior internship completed during enrollment (proof required) OR any prior work experience.
- Business-level English required / Korean proficiency is a plus.
- Available full-time May 20 ~ August 19, 2026.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable driving a project with real deliverables.
💰 Compensation
- $4,000/month stipend (gross) for a 13-week program.
- Total Compensation: $12,000 per intern (gross).

- 5 Career/Self Development Workshops led by the Director of HR.
- Bi-weekly 1:1 HR check-ins + dedicated Buddy (peer mentor) from day one.
- Mid-Point Review (Week 6) + Final Evaluation (Week 12–13) with written feedback.
- Leadership Team Presentation: Present your final project to KUSA executives.
- Outstanding Performers: CEO Letter of Recommendation + fast-track to full-time consideration.
📅 Application Timeline
- Mar 23: Application deadline.
- Mar 23–27: Virtual interviews (with Director of HR · 30–45 min).
- Mar 30: Results announced + department assignment.
- Apr ~ May: Pre-boarding.
- May 20: Program begins with a 3-day group onboarding at KUSA Atlanta HQ.
