About the Opportunity

As a Summer Intern in our Evansville, IN manufacturing facility, you will be fully immersed in our world-class operations from day one. This program provides the freedom to tackle real-world challenges and take responsibility for your own projects from the outset. You will be an integral part of the team, gaining valuable new skills and experiences that will prepare you for a future in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Projects will be diverse and impactful, focusing on enhancing our manufacturing capabilities. Your responsibilities may include:

• Recommending ways to improve processes and operational workflows.
• Developing initiatives to increase efficiency and overall production reliability.
• Proposing and implementing strategies to raise environmental standards.
• Contributing directly to making our manufacturing operations better tomorrow than they are today.
• Taking ownership of your assigned projects, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the forefront.

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas across all levels and through various mediums.
• Ability to interpret and find meaning in data to drive informed decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify and pursue opportunities for operational enhancement.
