Job Description:

This is a description for the 2026 Summer Internship Program – AMERS at BlackRock.

• Program Overview: A nine-week internship program taking place from June through August. It aims to provide students with a challenging, meaningful, and supportive experience, replicating the role of a full-time BlackRock Analyst.

• Program Structure:
• Begins with an orientation providing an overview of BlackRock and the opportunity to hear from senior leaders.
• Interns receive on-the-job training and contribute to their teams with day-to-day responsibilities.
• Includes a speaker series, mentoring, and networking opportunities with employee networks.

• Potential Follow-Up: Exploration of the Full-Time Analyst Program after the internship.

• Eligibility: Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between September 2026 and July 2027.

• Application Details:
• Candidates can apply for only one program (e.g., Summer Internship Program or Quantitative Master’s Internship Program) and up to two functions within that program (e.g., Investment Research and Analytics & Modeling).
• Applications must be submitted using the same program application.
• Withdrawing an application prohibits submitting another one for the same program this year.

• Next Steps: Upon application submission, candidates will receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment within five days. Failure to do so will result in automatic application withdrawal.

• Locations: The internship is available in various cities across the Americas, including:
• Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Montreal, New York, Newport Beach, Princeton, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Sausalito, Seattle, Toronto, Washington DC, Wilmington

• Compensation: The job description also lists hourly salary ranges based on location (California, New York City, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington State, Washington D.C., Montreal, and Toronto) and business area (Client & Product Functions, Corporate & Strategic Functions, Investment, Operations, Technology).
