  • Active Team Role: Play a vital and active role within your team, fostering positive relationships with colleagues. You will significantly grow your professional network by working closely with your dedicated manager, mentor, and fellow interns.
  • Extensive Learning Opportunities: Participate in a series of national and regional classes meticulously designed to introduce you to our industry and organization. These sessions are crafted to equip you for success as an emerging professional and deepen your understanding of MMA and the broader industry landscape.
  • Cultivate Industry Relationships: Seize valuable opportunities to meet with a wide array of our industry partners, significantly expanding your professional network.

  • Detail-Oriented: You truly “sweat the small stuff,” demonstrating thoroughness, exceptional attention to detail, and superb organizational skills.
  • People-Centric: You excel in interpersonal interactions, even during challenging moments. Being a helpful and supportive colleague is intrinsic to who you are, and you derive satisfaction from contributing to others’ happiness.
