The Tone:

This role is crucial for supporting the growth of Professional Generated Content (PGC) creators, which strengthens the content ecosystem and enriches the daily experience for users worldwide. What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Develop growth strategies and operational plans to support external Professional Generated Content (PGC) creators.
• Problem Solving: Identify and analyze key challenges faced by creators, driving cross-functional collaboration to implement timely solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize creator performance through data analysis to continuously improve engagement and influence.
• Content Ecosystem: Design creator growth strategies informed by content trends and user needs to enhance the overall content ecosystem.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators to ensure high satisfaction and foster long-term development on the platform.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in sports or a related data analysis discipline.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2026. Experienced user of content platforms with a deep understanding of content ecosystems and creator growth.
• Skills: Strong data sense and analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, proficiency in cross-team collaboration, and fluent communication in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Bonus: Prior experience in creator operations or content operations at major internet companies. Solid understanding of new media ecosystems, short video content trends, and overseas user behavior.
