Internship Program Overview

The Capstone 2026 Summer Internship is an intensive 10-week program designed to provide interns with a comprehensive and impactful experience. Participants will be assigned a specific project that is both educational and a direct value-add to the business. A key component of the internship is the opportunity to present the completed project to the senior leadership team at the end of the summer.

Interns will join one of Capstone’s dynamic investment pods, where they will gain invaluable insights into various investment strategies. These placements offer hands-on learning and the chance to contribute to meaningful business initiatives.

• Sovereign Rates Relative Value
• Global Equity Volatility
• Quantitative
• Convertible Bond Arbitrage
• Equity Capital Markets
• And other specialized areas

Who We Are Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as:
  • Economics
  • Econometrics
  • Finance
  • Applied Mathematics
  • Statistics
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java
• A fast learner with the ability to contribute effectively
• Demonstrated team-player mentality
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical members of the broader team
• Previous experience at a financial firm is preferred

Benefits & Compensation Information

• The applicable hourly range for this role is $29.00 – $40.00/hr USD.
• The specific hourly pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
