Salary: Starting from $19.50 per hour, progressive year over year

Internship Experience – 100% Field-Based & Progressive:

Our internship experience is entirely field-based, extremely hands-on, and structured to be progressive year over year, aiming to culminate in a full-time offer for successful candidates.

Advanced Field Experience (for returning interns):

  • Mentor 1st Year Interns and actively contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Gain comprehensive experience and exposure to all field roles within heavy civil construction.

Foreman Trainee Experience (for advanced interns):

  • Lead and manage small teams on various construction tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents on project planning and implementation strategies.
  • Maintain organized project records and contribute to thorough project analysis.

Requirements:

  • Active Enrollment: Must be actively enrolled in a 2- or 4-year course of study relating to construction.
  • Driver’s License: Required.
  • Willingness to Travel: 100% (Preferred). Ability to travel to various jobsites (Required).
  • Work Location: Ability to work at various project sites across Maine and New Hampshire.
