The Opportunity: 2026 Retail Ops Internships
Energize your career with Constellation! We are seeking highly motivated students for our 2026 Retail Ops Internships. These are paid, hybrid internships that will span approximately 10 weeks, from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026. As an intern, you will contribute to one of our commercial Retail Operations departments, gaining invaluable real-world experience in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities and Learning Experience
As a Retail Operations intern, you will work on specific projects designed to provide hands-on experience and foster independent work, focusing on:
- Ensuring Effortless Customer Experiences: Perform critical operational duties within one or more functions of the end-to-end order-to-cash process, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Engage in cross-functional communications, collaborating closely with team members and various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support and operational efficiency.
- Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Utilize appropriate judgment and analytical abilities to investigate and resolve discrepancies in work processes, leveraging subject matter experts when necessary.
- Projects, Improvements, and Innovations: Actively challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities and driving workflow automation and process enhancements through innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Maintaining Compliance and Alignment: Develop an understanding of business, contractual, regulatory, and market/tariff policies, ensuring all workflow processes are aligned. Additionally, ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) key controls and other company policies.

Minimum Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Current Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Finance, Math, Accounting, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or Sustainability & Energy related degrees.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.8 Cumulative / 3.0 Major and a track record of outstanding academic performance.
- Team Player: Eagerness to contribute positively in a team-oriented environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
