About the Internship:

Join BASF’s team in Geismar, LA, as a highly motivated Process Technology Intern. This program offers a valuable opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and create chemistry with us!

Program Summary & Opportunities:

• Participate in a comprehensive Process Technology Internship program at BASF’s Geismar site.
• Gain valuable, hands-on experience by utilizing your academic knowledge in Process Technology.
• Assist with various Process Technician activities to further develop both technical and professional skills.
• Opportunity to work a shift schedule, closely following an experienced BASF Process Technician.
• Successful candidates will be employed through a 3rd party contractor for the duration of the internship.
• Interns who successfully complete the program may be considered for upcoming full-time positions at the site.

Formula for Success (Required Qualifications):

• Education: Current student in the last semester of a Process Technology program or a recent graduate with a degree in Process Technology.
• Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Recommendation: Letter of recommendation from a professor.
• Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Work Ethic: Outstanding work ethic.
