About the Role

The 2026 Pharm Fellow Summer Internship Program at Calcium+Company offers an immersive 8-week experience for passionate undergraduate and graduate students. This program aims to kickstart careers by providing a structured framework for skill development and industry exposure in pharma advertising, pharma public relations, and medical education within an award-winning health communications group.

What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with industry veterans
• Collaborate on various real-world projects
• Gain valuable insights into key aspects of medical advertising
• Finish team-based projects
• Conduct a final group presentation to Ca+Co’s Executive Leadership
• Work in departments such as Medical, Growth & Branding, Account, Public Relations, or Project Management

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are legally authorized to work in the United States
• Are a full-time rising junior or rising senior, or a recent graduate currently enrolled at an accredited 4-year College or University studying advertising, communications, marketing, public relations, English, graphic design, sciences, or any other related major
• Are able to work 40 hours per week during regular Eastern time zone business hours throughout the 8-week Internship Program
• Have strong organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are a true team player who likes to collaborate
• Have the ability to be nimble and adjust priorities based on agency & client needs
• Are willing to go beyond what is described in the job description and be flexible for the team, and ultimately, the work
