2026 Internship Program – Civil Engineering / Related Field (Los Angeles, CA)

Be part of our brand-new internship program, launching in 2026. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of impactful projects in our Los Angeles, CA office.

Responsibilities

As a participant in this program, your responsibilities may include:

  • Designing engineering solutions
  • Conducting site inspections and monitoring
  • Joining project and client meetings
  • Refining technical designs and documentation
  • Analyzing reports and specifications
  • Exploring project and and client management principles
  • Leveraging digital tools and innovation
  • Driving sustainable outcomes in project work
  • Building connections through our Early Career Professionals Network

What You’ll Need

To be considered for this exciting 2026 opportunity, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships
  • Creative thinking skills, coupled with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
  • A resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork

This position is located in Los Angeles, CA. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.

The expected salary for this position is $18 – $35 per hour. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
