Job Description: 2026 Internship Program in Revenue Management

This is an exciting 10-week internship opportunity within Royal Caribbean Group’s Revenue Team, designed to cultivate future leaders and provide meaningful work experiences.

About The Program:
The internship program offers students the chance to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Interns will work alongside industry professionals, developing skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry while contributing to projects that impact global vacationers. The program is described as “award-winning” and includes a variety of enriching experiences such as professional development sessions, community service opportunities, executive spotlights, and behind-the-scenes ship tours.

About The Department (Revenue Team):
The Revenue Teams are central to the company’s financial performance, focusing on maximizing all revenue streams through strategic management. This department comprises two key areas:
Revenue Management: Responsible for optimizing cruise fare prices and promotional strategies *before• the sailing.
Onboard Revenue: Focuses on generating revenue from guest purchases *during• their vacation, including specialty dining, shore excursions, and retail.
Together, these teams drive the full financial performance of every sailing.

Internship Details:
Dates: The program runs from June 1st to August 2nd, 2026.
Location: Interns will be based at Royal Caribbean Group’s South Florida Offices, which include the Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, and Entertainment Studios.
Format: The internship operates on a hybrid model, requiring interns to be in-person Monday through Thursday and allowing them to work remotely on Fridays.
Compensation: The company offers competitive compensation for this role.

Qualifications:
Education: Applicants must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field of study.
Graduation Dates: Expected graduation dates must be December 2026 or May 2027.
Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization is required. Applicants must have ongoing authorization to work in the U.S.
GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in related areas is also preferred.
