2026 Gaylor Electric Summer Internship Program – High School Students
Program Overview
The Gaylor Electric Summer Internship Program offers high school students a unique opportunity for meaningful career growth and skill development. This robust program, which has welcomed students from over 70 high school and collegiate institutions, is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the electrical construction industry. With over 200 students participating annually, internships are available at various national Gaylor Electric locations and job sites across the country.
Throughout the summer, interns benefit from structured professional development activities, including:
- Resume development workshops
- Interview preparation sessions
- Discussions on business best practices
- Professional headshots
The experience culminates in either an academic capstone presentation or a craft skills assessment, allowing students to showcase their learning and achievements.
