About the Program:
Join Gaylor Electric’s highly successful Summer Internship Program, which has welcomed students from over 70 high school and collegiate institutions in the past three years. This program is specifically designed for high school students eager to explore a career in the construction industry.

• Scale: We welcome over 200 students annually across our national Gaylor Electric locations and job sites.
• Duration: This is an 8-to-11-week paid opportunity.
• Comprehensive Development: Throughout the summer, interns will have access to valuable professional development resources, including:
• Resume development workshops
• Interview preparation sessions
• Discussions on business best practices
• Professional headshots
• Culminating Experience: The program concludes with either an academic capstone presentation or a craft skills assessment, providing a tangible showcase of your learned skills and knowledge.
